But what we really want are the mutations that appear in both of these lists, i.e. those that meet our criteria for Hb level and ethnic frequency.

These can be found easily using the options on the history page. First click the radio button for "Variants that are in both queries", then select the query numbers to be combined, in this case "1" and "2". Then click the "Go" button.
