Since the PAH gene is on the reverse strand (transcribed right to left, as indicated by the arrows in the RefSeq Genes track), click on the arrow in the Base Position track to change the DNA sequence so it will display the bottom strand (this will not flip the orientation of the image, just complement the nucleotides). Then click the button for the Conservation track's settings.
